Industrial-Grade Rapid-Set For the Silicon Forest

Hillsboro runs on facilities that measure downtime in dollars per minute — fabs, data centers, logistics floors. When a machine base, anchor bolt or dock apron needs concrete at strength by morning, on-site volumetric batching is the honest way to promise it.

The downtime economy

Where concrete deadlines are measured in production hours

The Silicon Forest's concrete needs are small in yardage and enormous in stakes: a two-yard machine base idles a line; a broken dock apron stalls a shipping day; an anchor-bolt reset waits on cure strength. The pour is scheduled inside a maintenance window, and the reopening time is a commitment someone made to production.

High-early chemistry keeps those commitments — if it arrives with its working window intact. Batching at your slab means the accelerated mix starts its clock at your forms, in exactly the quantity the base plate needs, with the design tuned to hit your torque-or-load milestone.

  • Machine bases & equipment pads — poured in the window, at strength for the restart.
  • Anchor bolts & bollards — small precise quantities, high-early designs.
  • Docks & logistics floors — Sunset Corridor warehouses back in service same-day.
  • Trench & utility cuts — campus infrastructure closed and drivable before shift change.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Can you pour machine bases and anchor bolts during a maintenance window?

That's the signature Hillsboro job: equipment sets during a planned window, and the base must reach torque or load strength before production resumes. High-early designs are engineered backwards from that reopening time, and batching on site means the full working window belongs to the millwrights.

Do you work inside industrial campuses with contractor controls?

Yes — badging, escorts, staging plans and off-hours windows are normal parts of dispatch for campus work. Give us the site requirements when you book and the truck shows up compliant.

What about Hillsboro's residential side?

Orenco, Tanasbourne, Witch Hazel and the older downtown grid generate steady driveway, patio and sidewalk work — small-yardage pours at published rates, same as our whole service area. See the rapid-set driveway page for how the residential math works.

Can you match an engineer's spec for equipment pads?

Bring the spec — PSI target, aggregate, admixtures — and it gets batched at the controls in the exact quantity the pad takes. For pads with grout or embed requirements, we coordinate timing with your millwright or GC so concrete arrives when the embeds are set.
